On your arrival at your flat the beds will be made up
for your stay and a welcome hamper with a few essentials
will be waiting for you.
There are local shops are within 5 mins level walk with
a grocers, newsagent and a Post Office. The town center
and all it's amenities is a 10 mins level walk away.
Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable and trouble
free as we can. We live a few doors away if we are needed
at anytime and are always happy to advise on visits
to local beauty spots.
Exmouth is a beautiful family resort with its 2 mile
long seafront, lovely cliff walks with stunning views
of the bay. The Dorset and East Devon Coast from Exmouth
(eastwards) has been officially ranked alongside the
Great Barrier Reef and the Grand Canyon as one of the
natural wonders of the world.
The flats are in an ideal location for a seaside holiday,
the esplanade runs for 2 miles along side the sands
and is a few steps away from the flats. There is ramped
access to the sands just 5 minutes walk away. It is
10 minutes level walk to the town centre and a rail
link which takes you to Exeter with fantastic views
of The River Exe Estuary.
The M5 motorway is a 10 minute drive. Exmouth’s main
shopping area is mostly pedestrianised and car parking
for disabled badge holders is free along the seafront.
The beautiful cathedral city of Exeter is 10 miles away
and has a Shopmobility car park if you fancy a trip
to the shops.
