Terms and Conditions

  1. Dogs may be permitted, but a £100 damage fee will be taken at the same time as the holiday balance is due. This £100 fee is returnable to the guest following satisfactory inspection of the property after their departure. We shall also require sight of a recent flea treatment report for each pet before arrival.
  2. You must not deface, alter or make additions to either the interior or exterior of the premises or to fixtures, fittings, decoration or furniture.
  3. You must keep the above mentioned items in their present state of repair and condition and to pay for or replace with similar articles of at least the equivalent value, any items which may be found to be missing or destroyed (reasonable wear and tear accepted).
  4. You must only use the premises as a private holiday residence for up to eight persons, and not for any other purpose whatsoever.
  5. You must not do or permit anything to be done which may be a nuisance or cause annoyance to any neighbouring properties or their residents.
  6. You must not play or permit to be played and sound production equipment between the hours of 11.00pm and 07.00am, so as to be audible to other residents or outside the premises.
  7. You must permit the Owner and their Agent(s) access to the premises to deal with any maintenance or security issues.
  8. You must not smoke or permit smoking in the premises or any communal areas.
  9. You must not allow pets inside or outside the premises without prior agreement by the Owner or their Agent.
  10. You must leave the premises and contents in a clean and tidy state of repair at the end of the agreed letting period.
